A few years back I was buying this bottle from a store near where I lived. I live far from there now, but it was a white white with some vaguely tropical notes- vanilla, papaya, maybe some plumeria. Anyway, it was a clear bottle but I'm thinking the label was blue or had some blue in it, and a parrot or some palm trees. Any ideas?

Where do you live not all wines or alcohol for that matter get distriputed around the world.
